Troubleshooting

Not connecting?

• Try a factory reset: click the button 3 times, then press and hold on the 4th press until you hear a long beep. Re-pair it in the Find My app afterwards.
• Bluetooth pairing won't work while it's on the charger — unplug it first
• Pairing issues are sometimes caused by network problems — try switching between WiFi and mobile data, then try again
• If it still won't connect, remove it from the Find My app and re-add it as a new device
